This special sauce was inspired by my weekly (read: daily) trip to the grocery store. I saw with my very eyes the most beautiful green hatch chiles and I wanted to make something IMMEDIATELY. And so, I give you THE SAUCE:
Green Hatch Chile Sauce
Yields ½ cup
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 hatch chile
- 2 green onion
- ¼ white onion
- 2 T olive oil
- pinch of cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients in the blender. Adjust seasonings to liking and enjoy!
